Privacy

What we store. When you sign up we store your email and (optionally) your name. When you analyse a bill we store the report and, if you uploaded a file (PDF or a photo of your bill), the file itself in a private bucket linked to your account.

What we do with it. Bill text and details are sent to our AI provider only to generate your report. Photos of bills are read on your device using in-browser text recognition; the extracted text (not the original image) is what we send to our AI provider. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Uploading from your phone. If you use the "Use phone camera" option, we create a short-lived upload link (valid for 15 minutes, usable once) that lets your phone send a bill photo into your account. The link is tied to your account and the file is stored in your private bucket — same rules as a normal upload.

Your control. You can delete individual reports from the Saved reports page. You can also delete your account from Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes your saved bill reports, uploaded files, reminders, savings actions and account preferences, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Security. Uploaded bills are stored in a private bucket and are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to your account.

Sensitive information. Bills often contain personal details (name, address, account number). Please avoid uploading documents you are not comfortable analysing.
